1. Copyright Compliance
Drive. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material available on or through Drive. infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kota, Rajasthan, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Drive. maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We will terminate accounts that have been the subject of three valid DMCA notices.
6. Limitations
Because Drive. uses end-to-end encryption, we cannot view, access, or remove specific user files from within their encrypted storage. If a DMCA notice identifies infringing material stored in an encrypted drive:
- We will issue a warning to the user identified by the account
- We will terminate the account for repeat violations
- We cannot delete the specific file from the user's device
7. Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages. Please ensure your notice is accurate before submitting.
